Learn eXact ®: the state-of-the-art of LCMSs

The learn eXact ® platform is a complete system to create, manage and deliver contents for e-learning.
This way it can be understood as a LCMS (Learning Content Management System).The learn eXact platform is entirely based on e-learning international standard specifications to index (metadata), to assemble (packaging) and to track (tracking compliant to the CMI, Computer Managed Instruction, model) Learning Objects.
In addition the platform records such formats in their native form that is in XML.
Covered e-learning international standard specifications belong to:

IMS which covers indexing, packaging, and users’ data.
ADL / SCORM which covers tracking.
AICC which gave birth to the SCORM tracking model.

While the format specifications are covered by:

XML which is an innovative Web technology (derived from the HTML language) that allows to separate data structural description from their representation.
